I haven't updated in a while!
Merry Christmas! *late*
Happy New Year! *early*
A lot of crap has been happening...if you don't want to read it, simply skip down a bit...a long bit...
My brother's fiance returned to Vietnam.
Two days afterward, her sister died.
I had met her sister for the first (and last) time a couple of weeks ago.
It was at the "engagement ceremony".
She cried a lot.
My niece's great grandmother fell and was admitted into the hospital.
My aunt (really my sister-in-law, I just call her my aunt because she's old) and my nieces quickly rushed to Missouri to see her.
On their way there, she died.
The mall hours for my family is Hell.
They open at 7 and close at 10.
This means we have to wake up at 6 and we don't get home until 11.
This leaves very little time to do anything else...
Half of our employees have bailed out on us, so we're working with our bare bones.
My brother and sister clock in roughly 15 hours a day.
Oh, that includes me too...
My grandmother couldn't breathe.
She was admitted into a hospital.
She is now on her deathbed, basically.
My mother has left for Vietnam for an undisclosed amount of time.
I'm suspecting her return within 1-2 months.
That's basically around February to March.
My dad had his thumb mawed by machinery at work.
He didn't think it was so bad.
He and I went to a local clinic...
they sent us to the ER...
Things didn't look so well...
Luckily, they stitched it up in time.
A couple of days later, we find out that the tip of his thumb's bone has been fractured.
The doctor tells my dad he has to stay home for 7 days, but his idiot company is making him work.
Half of my family has the flu.
Now with my mom in Vietnam, we have no one to take care of Chris (my 3 year old nephew) and Vanessa (my 8 month year old niece).
So I volunteered, and so now I'm stuck at home babysitting.
We're moving in about two weeks or so.
The people handling our papers are idiots.
There's a big mix up, my sister is horribly stressed.
All of this was basically crammed into the timeline of about 2-3 weeks.
Life is awesome!
But actually, I'm doing the best out of everyone in my family.
I'm trying to keep strong!
Eventually, we'll get out of our rut and maybe something unbelievably good will happen soon?
For Christmas, I got three Threadless (http://threadless.com/) t-shirts.
Thank you Christina and Lily!
And lots of cookies and candy!
Thank you massive amount of people who sent me baked goods and sweets.
Oh and cards, definitely gotta mention those cards!
Thank you colossal amount of people who sent me their kind holiday greetings, wishes, etc.
I also made a lot of money from going to work all the time.
I'm planning to get myself a Nintendo DS Lite...once a new shipment arrives...

Anyways, some good news?
I've started drawing! I'm not that good yet, but then again...
It's only been a couple of days.
Although I did take Art 1 in 9th grade...
I'm just trying to sketch things right now.
I hope to go get some more art supplies soon.
I finally made collages! After like three months of no work...
And for those of you who don't know, what I showcase on here is only a tiny portion of what I have.
For the rest, visit (http://albeit.deviantart.com/)
I really hate using dA, it's so slow on my computer...

Ok well, I think that's all of the chaos that has been going on lately...
I have a party to attend at Erica's tomorrow...
Whoo! 2007!
close.
